Corporate Associate / Staff Attorney The candidate will have opportunity to work directly with partners and senior associates on interesting cross-border transactions, general corporate matters and regulatory compliance issues impacting international clients. Must have Mandarin Chinese native fluency and English fluency. Should have U.S. law degree (J.D. or LL.M.) and PRC law degree. Should have 2+ years experience in corporate transactional work at a large U.S. law firm or a top Chinese law firm with significant international practice. Must have excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Should have familiarity with corporate law, M&A and private equity practice (knowledge in accounting and capital markets/securities law is a plus). New York bar admission is preferred.
