Part-time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist with the drafting and reviewing of a wide variety of nonimmigrant (E-2, L-1, H-1B, E-3, O-1) and immigrant (EB-1, NIW, PERM) visa petitions for business clients. Work with clients to assemble documentation needed to support petitions and visa applications. Record and store client information on INSZoom database and tracking sheets. Maintain and monitor case management systems and client records to track critical deadlines and case information, such as client expiration dates. Conduct research as needed. The candidate should preferably have 1 year of experience as a business immigration paralegal. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification required. Familiarity with legal research tools for immigration cases, such as AILALink Prior experience using INSZoom preferred. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Excellent attention to details and deadlines.
