Litigation Attorney The candidate will join Labor and Employment/OSHA Group in Litigation Department. Should preferably have 2-3 years of general or specialty litigation experience and possess strong research, writing, analytical, advocacy and client relations skills. Prior OSHA and/or Labor and Employment law experience is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience and membership to the Virginia Bar is also preferred. Must also be highly organized, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent academic credentials.
