Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting standard pleadings. Drafting and responding to standard discovery demands. Assist with medical record retrieval and document management. Pulling case law cited in briefs. Conducting legal research using Westlaw / LexisNexis. Assembling motions and other pleadings (including assembling of exhibits, transcripts and other pertinent documents). The candidate should have 1-3 years of personal injury or general litigation experience. Experience in medical record analysis, discovery, trial preparation, and trial support required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Outlook, Excel). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and a team player. Ability to integrate into a fast-paced litigation environment.
