Litigation Paralegal The candidate woork for Plaintiffs Personal injury Firm. 5+ years experience in plaintiffs personal injury required. Knowledge of client profiles helpful. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Must get along with others and comply with the office no drama policy. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling/Calendaring hearings, depositions, motions in limine, client meetings etc; Drafting/Filing Court Documents, Witness and exhibit lists, Discovery (including expert discovery), Jury Instructions, Orders, etc.; Settlements/Closing statements; Regular communication with any and all clients. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
