Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have extensive legal background, with 5+ years of litigation experience. Trademark experience is a plus. Expertise in civil litigation, pleadings, motions, Federal, State, Appellate and Bankruptcy Courts (TurboCourt, ECF, and Pacer) is essential. Knowledge of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including filing through TEAS, and the TTAB is a plus. Proficiency with MS Word 2010 and Outlook 2010 is essential. Should have strong interpersonal and written communication skills and advanced knowledge of technology and eDiscovery skills are critical. Should have working knowledge of document management systems, including Relativity. Legal Bar admission and Elite experience are a plus.
