Paralegal Assistant - Plaintiff s Personal Injury The candidate will support to Litigation and Claims Paralegals. Request, follow up and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatment. Verify/confirm and document account balances with medical providers. Input information into case management system. Copy, scan and organize case documentation. Input new client cases into Needles case management system. Set up claims with insurance carriers for liability/MedPay claims. Provide coverage for office receptionist for lunch, short breaks and/or vacation. Perform routine clerical and organizational tasks. Must have 1 year of previous administrative assistant experience. Should have high school diploma (or equivalent). Working knowledge of operating a computer, fax machine, copier, scanner and phone system is needed. Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills is required. Prior law firm experience is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish proficiency is desired.
