Litigation Attorney The candidate will conduct research through various means to identify key litigation points in the development of the cases. Draft basic motions to be reviewed by a senior attorney in the prosecution of the cases. Some appearances at basic hearings over time and to be accompanied by more senior attorneys. Collaborate with colleagues to recommend improvements in case management. Resolve issues that may arise promptly. Assume responsibility for timely reporting of hours. Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner, Partner, Trial Attorney, and/or Senior Attorney. Should have J.D. and California Bar license, and 1-2 years of Associate Attorney experience. Spanish skills are preferred.
