Litigation Paralegal Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a Plaintiff Personal Injury law practice and you will work directly with the Attorneys. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal and must be able to draft Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, and Motions. They must also have experience with research, discovery, and managing attorney calendars. Spanish language ability is a plus. Responsibilities The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for: * Researching and discovery * Managing attorney calendars * Scheduling depositions * Assisting attorney with day-to-day operations * Keeping clients up-to-date on case progress Compensation The position offers a competitive salary, health benefits, and a 401k plan.
