Immigration Attorney - Removal Defense The candidate must have at least 2 years of solid experience working on removal, family and humanitarian immigration cases. Experience working with Immigration Court, litigation, waivers and asylum matters. Federal Court or State Court experience a plus. Must have the ability to adapt skillset to various adjudication settings. Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing. Must have good ethics and client service attitude and be able to handle his/her own caseload. Must work well within a team setting as well as independently. Should be Licensed to practice law in the U.S. At least 2 years solid experience (as Immigration lawyer) on removal defense cases. Spanish speaking preferred.
