Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of experience working only as a litigation paralegal for a plaintiff's personal injury law firm. Must have very good organizational skills, experience setting hearings, depositions, mediations, appointments, sending out discovery to the defendant and answering discovery from the defendant and be able to meet deadlines imposed by the court and rules of civil procedure. Must have experience typing up and filing motions, typing up witness lists and doing closing statements. Must have excellent decision making skills, be able to do detailed work and have good computer skills.
