Civil Litigation Attorney - Relocate DUTIES: Developing case strategy and tactics to effectively represent clients. Communicating consistently with clients. Managing all aspects of a client's file. Work closely with case managers, pre-litigation departments, and lien negotiators Qualifications: Must have a license in California. Must have experience with depositions and arbitrations. Should have the hunger to succeed and grow; be driven, resilient, and persistent; be passionate about creating legal strategy and a game plan A? to win; have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; have consistent and effective communication skills; be organized; have the ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks at once; be driven to always improve and learn; enjoy working in a team environment. Strong negotiation skills are ideal.
