Experienced Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle the case from start to finish. Monitor client case files daily for forwarding progress, including meeting with clients. Conduct immigration client intake, interviews, and declarations. Coordinate work related to USCIS, DOL, EOIR, ICE, and related agencies. Answer questions and provide accurate information to clients to help them be less anxious about the process. Update policies and procedures, and workflow manuals. The candidate must be able to answer clients questions related to the US immigration processes and you will have to maintain consistent and constant contact and be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese; very ambitious and will only hire people who want to be successful and who are looking for more than just a job. Must shape the direction and culture of the firm; prove knowledge and experience with US immigration processes by achieving high client satisfaction through quick and accurate filing and by seeing matters through completion.
