Corporate Legal Secretary Duties: Create and edit correspondence and draft minutes, resolutions, disclosure schedules, and other legal documents. Maintain attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, expense reports, check requests, and coordinating client file maintenance. Qualifications: Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. Should have 5+ years of experience as a secretary in a law firm supporting multiple attorneys, preferably in business and tax. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word. Should have extensive high-level organizational skills. Familiarity with business and tax filings is preferred. Must be accurate, attentive to detail, able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Familiarity with utilizing a document management system such as NetDocs is ideal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are needed.
