Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will provide duties include interacting with clients, making court appearances and, developing and executing case plans to best position the client and the firm for the best possible recovery. Must be experienced in Lemon Law plaintiff discovery, motions to compel and depositions. Must be admitted to both CA State and Federal. Must have demonstrable litigation experience; be admitted to practice in CA State and federal court; know FRCP and CRCP; be familiar with all aspects of discovery, and trial experience is preferable though not required. Must be licensed to practice in CA state and federal court; must be a quick study; must have extraordinary writing skills; must be able to operate independently and as a team; and must thrive on production. Have 1+ year relevant experience is preferred. Note: This is contract based job.
