Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with the transaction legal team on all aspects and stages of large loan closing transactions and is responsible for the preparation, assembly and verification of all documentation necessary to complete the transaction. Must have: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred; 2+ years of experience working with commercial loan closings, loan servicing or real estate. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy; Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced and high volume environment; and capability to produce quality work product with minimal supervision. Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional demeanor, a positive team-player attitude and the desire to grow professionally in a collaborative environment.
