Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare non-immigrant petitions, labor certifications, immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residency for foreign nationals. Will manage caseloads from intake through processing and filing. Identify issues and conduct research to present to attorneys as necessary. Must have 5+ years of business-related immigration experience. Experience working with healthcare institutions and J-1 physicians and/or institutions of higher education a plus.
