Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will perform tasks with limited supervision to assist attorneys in all aspects of legal case preparation and file management, including Moderate to advanced legal research; preparing and responding to discovery; communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court clerks; preparation of medical records summary; and preparation of exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. Must be familiar with civil procedure, medical terminology, state and federal filing requirements, be detail-oriented, be able to prioritize, and know-how to capture (bill) their time. 3 years experience required.
