Minneapolis office seeks a real estate transaction paralegal to assist in all aspects of preparation and administration of commercial real estate transactions. Four-year BA or BS degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program required unless adequate relevant paralegal experience demonstrated. 5+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate transactions, as well as computer experience strongly preferred. Must have significant experience in title and survey review. The ideal candidate should also have experience with general corporate transactional work to be able to assist in that area as necessary.
