Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle a substantial number of tasks from inception through the eve of trial including: intake and client communication, medical request/review, pleadings, bill of particulars, discovery, and deposition prep. Should have 5-7 years of direct and relevant personal injury law experience. Plaintiffs Personal Injury experience required and fluency in Spanish a plus. Able to exercise good judgment and have sharp attention to detail.
