Environmental Paralegal Will be drafting pleadings, investigation, interviewing witnesses/experts, document review, collecting and analyzing records, research, trial preparation and trial attendance. Will be lending support to the environmental coverage practice. Must be familiar with various areas of law with the primary focus on environmental coverage. Must have 5+ years of environmental litigation experience, paralegal degree/certificate and a working knowledge of state and federal civil rules.
