Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate's duties will include defending depositions, making court appearances, speaking with clients and drafting clients' discovery responses, propounding discovery, drafting meet and confer letters, preparing motions to compel when necessary, preparing and filing complaints, and assisting trial attorney with trial documents. Should have 1-2 years of experience and be passionate about doing the plaintiff's personal injury work. Should have 1 year of experience in personal injury and California Bar License to Practice Law. Spanish is preferred. Urgently hiring.
