Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal, specifically handling family based immigration cases. Ability to work independently - You will be assigned your own caseload and afforded the opportunity to work autonomously and independently in completing cases in a timely manner for the firm's clients. Skills of creativity and organization in completing client cases. Every immigration case is different, so working with clients regularly to identity the strongest evidence to prove their case will be part of your daily job. High attention to detail is required to avoid mistakes that can cost our clients dearly. High emotional intelligence. Our clients are dealing with massive stress and anxiety. You will have the opportunity to use your empathy skills to help put the clients at ease, so they can successfully navigate the immigration process.
