Real Estate Practice Attorney Candidate's responsibilities will include the following as needed for real estate and corporate transactions ; (a) reviewing title, survey, leases and other due diligence deliverables; (b) coordinating with title companies, surveyors and other transaction parties; and (c) drafting and reviewing closing documents. Experience in real estate purchases, sales, financing, and leasing is required. Experience in representing lenders, equity investors and developers is preferable. Will be an integral member of the department, and will gain meaningful experience working with attorneys and fortune 500 clients. Admittance in Illinois is preferred.
