Business Immigration Paralegal Candidate will include preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple employees. Must have 3+ years' employment based immigration paralegal experience, preferably in large law firm environment. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom, and a document management system required. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail. Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are required.
