Title : Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal The candidate will effectively manage a case load of 75-100 cases. Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions. Continually communicate with clients, internal and external stake holders. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens). Negotiate with providers and lien holders to dispute charges or obtain reduction. Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database). Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. Must be proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents. Should be proficient in preparing discovery responses. Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation desired. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Needles preferred). Should have College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm.
