Personal Injury Intake Paralegal The candidate will efficiently manage leads through intake process for complex personal injury cases for which obtaining records and/or consulting with specialists is necessary before signing the case. Communicate seamlessly between the Intake and Personal Injury teams. Obtain and organize client records and documentation. Oversee set up of client's file in our systems. Communicate professionally, confidently, and with empathy to potential clients. Support with additional PI or Intake duties as needed.
