Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for motions, briefs and appeals. Extensive legal research and writing of declarations. Management of a variety of cases and court appearances. Appear in EOIR court and USCIS immigration court for client representation. Meet with clients for a variety of immigration matters or case analysis. Strong ethical and integrity to properly maintain and manage a caseload thoroughly and accurately. Experience with EOIR representation and case management is preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
