Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle and manage cases or gain in-depth experience in ligation in a corroborative environment with experienced partners. Communicate directly with clients, develop strategies, discuss strategies with Partners, and handle the day-to-day tasks. Should have the opportunity to engage in legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, discovery, motion practice, negotiation, oral argument, depositions, and hearings and trials. Must be detailed, conscientious, responsible, diligent, and possess the ability and willingness to do research, learn quickly, multi-task, and be proactive in handling the cases. Should have 2-3 years of litigation experience who can handle civil ligation matters such as Family and Matrimonial, contracts, and commercial litigation.
