Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, preferably in a large law firm environment. Duties also include compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, and organizing and maintaining detailed client documentation. Extensive experience with the specific responsibilities noted above required. Exceptional client service attitude and professional demeanor when dealing with clients, co-workers and attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required. Initiative, flexibility, and a proven record of working independently to complete assignments thoroughly to the end without supervision required. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, INS Zoom and a document management system required. Outstanding case management and organizational skills required. Strong business writing skills with exceptional attention to detail required.
