Employment Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: interacting directly with clients in English; evaluating cases; conducting discovery; making court appearances; and law and motion. Should be licensed to practice in California. Experience working in litigation preferably in the labor or employment law setting is required. Experience with trial, case investigation, legal analysis, discovery, and law and motion is needed. Experience with WordPerfect, MS Office, and Clio is required. Spanish speaking skills are essential.
