Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be able to provide assistance during all phases of the litigation process including conducting interviews, preparing drafts of written discovery, legal research, document filing, and preparing for trial. This position requires attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in high-pressure situations. Conduct legal research and initial case assessments. Draft wrote discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and motions and file them with the court. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc). Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices Gather relevant information from a variety of sources. Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties. Should have personal injury litigation paralegal experience. Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures. Should be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Should have strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail; customer service.
