Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Insurance Defense law firm. Will assist in all aspects of case preparation and file management through the various stages, up to and including, settlement or trial. Drafting and Filing of Pleadings and Motions. Assisting with Interrogatories. Communicating with Experts. Indexing Litigation Files. Detailed review and analysis of medical records with presentation of findings to multiple attorneys. Preparation of medical records summaries, trial exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. Should have 8+ years of experience in civil defense litigation, general liability, personal injury defense and medical malpractice. A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA certified program is preferred.
