Litigation Associate Attorney Duties: Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel. Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution. Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions. Propound and Respond to Discovery. Prepare for, take, or defend depositions. Court Appearances; as needed. Conduct Legal research. Manage relations with clients. Prepare for trial. Qualifications: Must have passed the Bar Exam in California. 3+ years of litigation required Personal Injury experience preferred but not required 1st or 2nd chair trial experience preferred but required Strong negotiator skills Desire to represent the underdog Candidate must be hungry, relentless, and resilient People Person-Strong communication skills Strong grammar skills Strong organization skills Ability to handle many tasks as once Candidate must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability, Must be able to work in a team environment.
