Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support immigration attorney(s) by preparing or filing online USCIS forms and drafting supporting legal letters for all types of visas/applications/petitions. Will act as liaison between corporate clients, beneficiaries and attorneys. Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and consular appointment issues. Identify and resolve delays in process. Organize, maintain and regularly review client files to make sure they are complete and up to date. Should have a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. Must have 2+ years of recent experience as a business immigration paralegal. Experience in drafting and preparing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions is required. Should have experience with PERM cases.
