Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist workers all types of employment law issues, including: wage and hour issues (unpaid minimum wages and overtime pay); discrimination (age, race, sex, disability, national origin); sexual harassment; wrongful termination; retaliation; employment contracts; severance agreements. Will work closely with attorneys, co-counsel and clients throughout the investigation and litigation process. Maintain electronic files, ensure that all relevant deadlines are met, draft discovery and plead, interviewing witnesses and more. Should have excellent organization skills. Litigation experience and knowledge of federal court rules required. Strong communication skills needed. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite essential.
