Litigation Attorney Candidate will deliver a specialized brand of defense and other work for clients, a diverse group of high-end construction managers and developers, universities and other educational institutions, public and quasi-public entities, property owners and operators, and certain insurance clients. Will provide high-level, specialized service on high value insured matters including construction accident, property damage, premises liability, educational institution liability, product liability and associated insurance coverage disputes. Qualifications: License of New York Bar is required. 3+ years of relevant experience who would like to join our dynamic team of skilled, aggressive, creative litigators. Following areas of experience are also a significant plus: Insurance Coverage (especially prosecuting declaratory judgment actions for Additional Insured coverage). Construction Accident Defense (including New York State Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims).
