Personal Injury Prelitigation Paralegal/Case Manager The candidate's duties includes client intake, reporting claim to insurance companies, setting up files, inputting cases into Merus (case management system), resolving property damage and loss of use claims, preparing SR-1 and SR-19 forms, requesting UM arbitration, requesting traffic collision reports and medical records/bills and organizing them, preparing balance sheets and getting file ready for demand writer. The candidate should have a stable work history, 2-3 years of pre-litigation experience and speak Spanish fluently. Must be able to handle 60-80 files at a time., get along well with others and have a can do attitude.
