Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Trial preparation; Active participation in case development and investigation; Electronic document and case file management; Document management and indexing; Preparation, finalization and electronic filing of pleadings and other documents with Federal and District Courts and Arbitration Facilitators; Drafting correspondence to clients and counsel; Docketing; Maintenance of case and attorney calendars and deadlines pursuant to applicable rules and statutes; and Accurate and thorough record keeping of all billable and non-billable time. The candidate will have: 3-5 years of litigation experience; Experience in insurance defense and civil litigation. Attention to detail; Critical thinking capabilities; Outstanding communication skills; Versatile problem-solving abilities; Self-motivation and independence; Adaptability in a fluid and dynamic work environment; Excellent document review and manipulation skills; A strong work ethic; A passion for the practice of law; and High proficiency with many of the following tools: Westlaw, Pacer, Colorado Courts E-Filing, CM/ECF, Clio, SharePoint Online, Office365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Nuance PDF Pro, eCopy ScanStation.
