Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work with the Employment Practice Group. Must have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, excellent organizational abilities, communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire and ability to take ownership over work assignments and work product. This position requires experience and familiarity with Federal and Oregon State Court, as well as some administrative court experience at the federal and state level. Should have experience in labor and employment and healthcare related litigation. Will be a member of the team who the attorneys can trust to perform excellent work with minimal supervision and interface with clients and opposing counsel as needed. Experience with Relativity and Trial Director are preferred. A Bachelor s degree and/or Paralegal certificate is preferred. Any satisfactory combination of experience and education will be considered.
