Business Litigation Attorney The candidate should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation. Must have 2-3 years of significant litigation experience, practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm, superior legal research and writing skills, the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-stakes, fast-paced matters while continuously producing high-quality analytical and practical work product; and a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Experience in the areas of class action defense, multidistrict litigation, government investigations, motions practice, or depositions preferred.
