Associate Attorney - Plaintiff-Side Employment Law Candidate must have a JD Degree from an ABA accredited school. Post-bar applicants are encouraged to apply. Must have experience in litigating employment matters, including: Experience in researching, drafting, and opposing substantive motions, including: Motions for Summary Judgment, Demurrers, Discovery Motions such as Motions to Compel, Experience making court appearances and arguing motions before the Superior Court, Experience taking and defending depositions, Experience drafting writs and appeals. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills. Bilingual skills (Spanish) and class action experience would be helpful. Experience in Federal Court is helpful.
