Product Liability Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate' must have 2-4 years of litigation experience for its office. A commitment to exceptional client service, high quality persuasive writing skills and strong academic credentials are a must. The ideal candidate must have experience in product liability, business litigation, personal injury claims, auto claims and construction defect claims. Experience with commercial litigation involving breach of contract claims, real estate disputes, boundary/land use matters, condominium association and homeowners association (HOA) disputes, lien filings and foreclosures, broker commission disputes, and/or mortgage/association legal issues is plus. A background in law and motion practice, including oral argument; taking and defending depositions; preparing and responding to written discovery and trial experience is necessary. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice with potential for advancement. Illinois bar admission is required.
