Patent and Trademark Paralegal The candidate will support the patent and trademark practice. Duties of the position include filing patent and trademark documents with the USPTO. Reviewing and processing documents sent by the USPTO to docket response requirements is an important component of the position. Additional contributions include preparing documents, entering data into practice management software, scanning and organizing documents, and preparing conference rooms for meetings. The position also includes entering bank transactions into accounting software, processing client payments, and making bank deposits. Must have 1+ year of experience.
