Residential Real Estate Closer Paralegal The candidate will review the file and title report to become familiar. Communicate with real estate agents and the loan processor. Prepare the ALTA for purchases. Collaborate with the loan processor to prepare the closing disclosure. Put packages together in a specific order so that you will receive the documents back from the attorney in a specific order. Issue title policies; and (7) disburse the file. Must have 2 years of experience as a residential real estate closing in a Georgia law firm. Should have experience working in resales.
