Real Estate Associate Attorney The candidate' should have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling real estate transactions in some, but not necessarily all of the following areas: Acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures; Portfolio transactions; REITs and real estate funds; Equity investments; structuring; entity formation; Transactions involving all principal asset types - residential; industrial; office; retail; hospitality; land; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key: ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form; Strong academic credentials and employment history are highly valued; Bar Admission in California is required.
