Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage a case load litigation files. Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions. Communicate with clients, medical providers, outside counsel, mediators, and court personnel. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, medical providers, subro/liens, etc.). Negotiate with providers and lien holders to dispute charges or obtain reduction. Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents is plus. Familiarity with litigation deadlines is desired. Proficient in preparing discovery responses is ideal. Detail oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts is needed. Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation are preferred.
