Immediate Opening - Experienced Litigation Attorney The candidate will demonstrate a solid foundation/experience in direct handling of all aspects of civil litigation, particularly discovery and sophisticated law and motion work. Experience in drafting, formatting, and arguing dispositive motions, responses and various other pleadings. Taking and defending depositions. Exceptional analytical, writing, verbal communication and research skills. The ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to begin supporting clients and other attorneys immediately and effectively are required. Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to multitask on numerous assignments and deadlines simultaneously (Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects). Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, Emails, etc. Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions in both State and Federal Courts. Propound and Respond to Discovery. Prepare for and take Depositions. Court Appearances; as needed. Conduct Legal research. Manage relations with clients. Prepare for trial are required.
