Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will help lead the bankruptcy department handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions from beginning to end. The candidate must have experience with all facets of the bankruptcy and have knowledge with what to file throughout the process. The skills necessary for this position includes the ability to meet deadlines, be detail-oriented, possess excellent writing skills, be personable, and professional. The candidate will work closely with clients, paralegals, and bankruptcy attorney.
