Litigation Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court or before government agencies. Manage litigation requirements and advocate in support of litigation objectives. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Should have licensed to practice law in DC, VA, MD, CA, or NY. Substantial experience with complex litigation, copyright law, or anti-piracy litigation. Should have 2+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a team player with strong academic credentials, effective communication skills, and keen attention to detail. The ability to manage cases independently or with minimum oversight, the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Copyright or trademark experience preferred but not required.
